Mainz, Charterhouse: almost certainly identifiable as the first part of N.XX.S in catalogue II (Mainz, SB, Hs I 576, fol. 178v, 'De summa decretorum haymonis, Summa Jo. An. super quarto decretalium', secundo folio 'Clemens Chrisogonus'); not in Mairhofer, Medieval Manuscripts from the Mainz Charterhouse.

William Laud, 1573–1645, 1638.

Part of his third donation to the Bodleian, 1639.
