At the end of Psalm 100 (fol. 185v) inscription: Explicit quinquagena secunda super Psalterium collecta a domino Ludolphoo monacho, ordinis Carthusiensis.

Mainz, Charterhouse: almost certainly identifiable as E.XX.S in catalogue II (Mainz, SB, Hs I 576, fol. 122v, 'Ludolphus super psalterio', secundo folio 'magister[sic] sapiens'); not in Mairhofer, Medieval Manuscripts from the Mainz Charterhouse.

William Laud, 1573–1645, 1638.

Part of his third donation to the Bodleian, 1639.
