Probably identifiable as D 6 or D 7 in the Eberbach library catalogue of 1502.

‘Fridericus de Valle Diev’, 16th century, i.e. the Cistercian abbey of Val-Dieu, dioc. Liege, a daughter house of Eberbach.

William Laud, 1573–1645, 1638.

Part of his third donation to the Bodleian, 1639.
