Given by John Dethiecke in 1596 to Thomas Dison (see fols 3, 9 and 26v)

Other (late 17th century) names in the book are 'Joseph Cradock' (fo1. 26v) and 'Jacobus Bisse' altered to 'Jacobus Bassett' (fol. 8)

This volume was probably received by the Bodleian early in the 18th century
