Ruling in ink, two columns of 44–46 lines, (fol. 42va/vb) ruled ad hoc. Ruled space c.157–64 × 113–17 mm.

Small German textualis by a single hand.

Unfilled spaces for initials and rubrication
Later added red rubrics at the top centre of fol. 1r and in the lower right-hand margin of fol. 23v, in a hand of s. xiv2 from the Mainz Charterhouse

Mainz, Charterhouse St Michael: late 14th-century ex-libris inscription at the lower margin of fol. 1r
William Laud, 1573–1645: his ex-libris inscription, dated 1638, at the lower margin of fol. 2v.
Given to the Bodleian as part of his third donation, dispatched on 28 June 1639.
