Waltham, Essex, Augustinian abbey of Holy Cross: 'lxxxxviij al. ca.' (fol. 1v, flyleaf, formerly pastedown). 'Hic liber est de armario sancte crucis de Waltham quem qui abstulerit vel furatus fuerit vel hunc titulum scienter deleverit et maliciose. excommunicatum se esse noverit' (fol. 2r, flyleaf), s. xiii. 'Innocencius de contemptu mundi. pri. dor.', followed by contents list (s. xv), below inscription on fol. 2r. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).
