Tynemouth, Northumberland, Benedictine priory of St Mary the Virgin and St Oswin; cell of St Albans: 'Hunc librum dedit dompnus Iohannes de Westwyk' deo et beate Marie et sancto oswyno regi et martiri de Tynemuth et monachis ibidem deo servientibus. Anima dicti Iohannis et omnium fidelium anime per dei misericordiam requiescant in pace. Amen.' (fol. 1v), inscription seems to be in the hand of the text. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).
