On fols 57 and (erased) 113v: 'Est liber hic Sancti Martini Louaniensis'; 'p(re)ciu(m) hui(us) libri iij floreni Rene(n)ses' (fol. 117r). See MS. Rawl. G. 41 and MS. Rawl. G. 52

'Petrus Rebollj' is written with a metal stylus on fol. 90v (14th century)
