Includes a mystical passage which begins 'Sibille omnes femine generaliter' (fol. ii verso); there is a table of capitula for each book, with that for Book 1 beginning 'Omnis doctrina est de rebus' (fol. v); a list of heresies, beginning abruptly due to the loss of one or more leaves (fol. vii); a preface, beginning 'Nunc inspectum libri sacramentorum' (fol. ix verso); and the usual preface which begins 'Cupientes aliquid' (fol. x)

The text begins 'Veteris ac noue legis' (fol. 1) and is accompanied by contemporary marginalia.
