Presentation copy for Robert VII, count of Auvergne.
Charles V and Charles VI of France: identifiable in inventories (Barker, 'Scales binder', 363).
Brought to England after the dispersal of the French royal library in 1425; bound in London by the Scales binder.
Bequeathed by him to the Bodleian in 1735.
