Provenance and Acquisition

On fol. 106v is a short list of a stock of printed books (?) of the first half of the 16th cent.: beg. 'Thre premers in eggles [= English], The new testament in engles. The chrysten mans banket'.

Given by John Houghton of Brasenose in 1657: 'Lib: Bibl: Bodl. ex dono Joh. Houghton SS. Theol: Baccalaurei, et Coll. Æneo-Nasi socij. Oct. xviii. Ann. M.DC.LVII.'
