(fol. iii) i 10, (fol. 10) ii–ix 8, (fol. 74) x 6, (fol. 80) xi–xviii 8, (fol. 144) xix 12, (fol. 156) xx–xxiv 8, (fol. 195) remainder uncertain. Quires occasionally marked on top margin of first recto, e.g. λʹ on fol. 34r, μʹ on fol. 112r, which suggests that 25 quires are missing from the beginning.

Layout

Ruling: 30–39 lines.

Hand(s)

One scribe, who apparently signed in a monocondylion on fol. 216v: θωμᾶϲ . The items of text were serially numbered by the scribe, and some of the numbers were altered by him, e.g. κʹ was originally λϛʹ.

Decoration

Rubrication: headings and initials consisting of simple penwork ornament in carmine; other similar decoration on fols. iii recto and 215v.

Additions: Various additions: 1 (fol. iii recto) some Latin (?), illegible. 2 a 14th cent. (?) hand has marked the length of single items, e.g. φυλλ βʹ. 3 a 15th cent. hand rectified some omissions of text on fols. 110v, 112v. 4 notes by later owners have been erased on fols. 101v, 142v. 5 pen-trials, etc., on fol. 216v.
