Dimensions (ruled): 150 × 95 mm.
Foliation: Foliated (i–iii), (1–16), (17–21), 22–147, 148ab, 149–248, (249–51); fols. 1–16, 17–21 are substituted leaves, the former having a watermark similar to Mošin–Trajlić no. 4693, AD 1375.

Collation
