A mid-16th-century cartulary originally of 16 leaves (fols. 10-25) containing copies of 56 numbered deeds, arranged chronologically (undated deeds, then temp. Edward I to temp. Henry VI); now preceded by inserted original deeds and fragments of deeds relating to Fleet Marston, 15th-16th century, in Latin and English (fols. 4-9) and followed by two pedigrees of the lords of Fleet Marston (fols. 26r, 27r). fols. 3 and 28 are the original wrappers of the cartulary, for which see below.
