Crediton, collegiate church: (fol. v recto) 'Decano Criditon', followed by an erased inscription beginning 'Concess[...]' and ending perhaps 'ffylham'. (MLGB3)

John Lyndon, dean of Crediton: 'Liber Johannis Lyndon' (fol. 1r), and notes in his hand (MLGB3).

(fol. 1r, at foot) 'Thys ys m' George Mason ys booke' (MLGB3).

'Guilihelmi Muggi liber ex dono Magistri Georgii Mason' (fol. iv recto) (MLGB3).
