Durham, Benedictine cathedral priory of St Cuthbert: "Liber s[ancti] C[uth]be[...]" at foot of fol. 5r -- traces legible by u. v. light, apparently s. xiv. "2 a 3 i D" at top of fol. 5r. (MLGB3: evidence from an ex-libris inscription or note of gift to an institution).
