History
Provenance and Acquisition
Wood, who died on 29 November 1695, left his manuscripts and printed books to the Ashmolean. The entire collection was transferred to the Bodleian in 1860. A scrap of paper inserted into the manuscript (fol. iii) states that these leaves were formerly bound with MS. Wood F. 10 and taken out and bound separately on 29 April 1919
