Other titles are 'Grammatica ars' (fol. 28) and (later) 'Ethymologie'. There are the usual letters between Isidorus and Braulio at fol. 27, and lists of chapters before each book, as well as two other similar lists (foll. 20v, 24) ,and an index of subjects (fol. 1), added, slightly later, in two hands.

There are also notes, partly written with a metal stilus.

Provenance and Acquisition

Reading, Berkshire, Benedictine abbey of Saint Mary the Virgin (?) : The Reading provenance of MS. Auct. F.3.3, MS. Bodl. 396, MS. Bodl. 631, MS. Bodl. 639 is inferred from the character of the binding s. xvi (?) which resembles that of MS. Auct. D.1.19, MS. Auct. D.2.12, MS. Auct. D.3.12, MS. Auct. D.3.15, MS. Auct. D.4.18, MS. Bodl. 200, MS. Bodl. 413 (MLGB3)
